Return Policy

At AWtech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
 

  • Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to process any return.
     

Non-Returnable Items
 

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (such as earphones/headsets once opened). Customized or special-order products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 

Return Process
 

  1. Contact our support team at [your email/contact info] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

Refunds
 

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping expenses.
     

Exchanges
 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
